Abstract<\/h4>\n

The research protocol is the formal document which reports in detail a study development plan of which it is the scientific, ethical, organizational prerequisite. The standard of its draft can compromise the outcome of the study itself, therefore its correct formulation and the dissemination via scientific literature are paramount for future researches. This work describes the stages and activities of a research protocol as an observational study, to explore the prevalence and describe the present knowledge on the osteopathic services integrated into the medical teams of professional Italian Volleyball<\/p>\n

BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n

La OMTh divenne nota in America nello sport professionistico ad opera del suo fondatore Andrew Taylor Still 1828-1917 per la cura prestata agli atleti dei college di medicina del Kansas e da Forrest Phog Allen 1855-1974. Attualmente, la professione osteopatica secondo quando emanato dal documento OMS e dalla guida sull\u2019osteopatia edita e pubblicata da un lavoro congiunto da Forum for Osteopathic Regulation in Europe (FORE)<\/a> e European Federation of Osteopath (EFO)<\/a> promossa anche dal Registro degli Osteopati d\u2019Italia (ROI)<\/a>, ha il dovere etico e morale di assicurare che i metodi di trattamento e diagnosi e pi\u00f9 specificamente di OMTh siano scientificamente validi in qualsiasi ambito di pratica clinica, come nella cura osteopatica applicata in ambito sportivo a tutela dei fruitori dei servizi<\/p>\n

Funzione compromessa o alterata delle componenti relative al sistema somatico (struttura corporea): le strutture scheletriche, artroidali e miofasciali con relativi elementi vascolari, linfatici e neurali. Vi \u00e8 una limitata ricerca sul rapporto esistente tra i servizi osteopatici (SO) e inclusione nei team sanitari (TS) sportivi e in particolare dei SO in TS di volley professionistico italiano<\/p>\n
