ABSTRACT<\/p>\n

BACKGROUND<\/strong>. Il recupero della palla, nel calcio, \u00e8 spesso associato, a lesioni traumatiche. OBIETTIVO.<\/strong> Evidenziare gli schemi gestuali tecnici-tattici specifici calcistici, durante il recupero della palla, che concorrono ad elevare i fattori di rischio di lesioni capsule legamentose del ginocchio. METODI<\/strong>. Per questo Report Tecnico sono stati presi in considerazione articoli, senza limite di spazio temporale, correlabili con gli obiettivi e le opinioni sul tema di autori esperti. \u00c8 stata condotta una ricerca su PubMed-Researchgate utilizzando key words come: soccer, change of direction, cutting manoeuvre pressing, tackle, ACL. \u00c9 stata esplorata anche la letteratura italiana non indicizzata atta a ricercare, i momenti tecnici-tattici nel calcio, quali meccanismi situazionali che concorrono ad elevare i fattori di rischio di lesioni dell\u2019apparato capsulo legamentose del ginocchio nel calciatore. RISULTATI<\/strong>. La letteratura evidenzia come l\u201985% delle lesioni del legamento crociato anteriore si producono durante le varie fasi situazionali di gioco ricollegabili a meccanismi da non contatto o contatto indiretto. Durante il recupero della palla sono state riscontrate 4 principali situazioni di gioco atte ad elevare i fattori di rischio di lesioni capsulo legamentose del ginocchio: (1) durante momenti tattici di pressing collettivo o pressione individuale; (2) nella fase di riequilibrio posturale dopo momenti di instabilit\u00e0 successivi al calcio della palla; (3) momenti disfunzionali da instabilit\u00e0 gestuale, nell\u2019atterraggio, dopo un colpo di testa in appoggio monopodalico; (4) durante tackle per contatto diretto o contatto indiretto sull\u2019articolazione. LIMITI DELLO STUDIO<\/strong>. Questo studio \u00e8 un Report Tecnico, correlabile con gli obiettivi e le opinioni sul tema di autori esperti, non un documento basato su prove derivanti da trial clinici controllati randomizzati. CONCLUSIONE<\/strong>. Modelli tattici, ed espressivit\u00e0 gestuale-tecnica, incrementano i fattori di rischio di lesioni a carico dell\u2019articolazione del ginocchio. La conoscenza e lo studio di questi schemi gestuali tecnico-tattici nel calcio come pressing, pressione, tackle, cambi di direzione, sono fondamentali per poter indirizzare, in maniera oggettiva, le strategie di prevenzione e il successivo ritorno allo sport.<\/p>\n
